How to tell bont what you want next — or what's broken — and where the team actually reads it.
Two ways to send a feature request or feedback. Both reach the team.
In-app support chat
The support widget in the bottom-right of any bont page opens a chat. Fastest path during business hours. Good for: quick suggestions, follow-up questions, "this would be 10x better if…" thoughts.
Send to support@bont.ai. Good for: detailed feature requests, longer write-ups, anything you want a paper trail on.
What to include
- The problem you're trying to solve — not the solution. The framing helps us design the right fix.
- How often it bites you — daily, weekly, edge case.
- Workaround you currently use (if any) — useful context for prioritisation.
- Screenshots or links — anything that grounds the request in a concrete page or flow.
What happens after
Every request is read by the bont team. We don't have a public roadmap voting board today, but ideas that get repeated mentions or come from many workspaces rise to the top. We follow up directly when something you suggested ships.
