Fixing flagged records
How to triage the records Data Health has flagged — open the list, jump to a record, fix the offending field, watch the score climb.
Data Health flags records that fail one or more hygiene checks. Fixing them is a per-record loop that pure bont makes about as fast as it can.
Open a flagged list
In Data Health, click a check (e.g. "Deals without owner", "Contacts without email"). The page reveals every record currently failing that check.
Fix the record
Click a row to open the underlying contact, company or deal. The check description shows you which field needs attention; fill it inline. Save. Repeat.
Most checks recompute within a couple of minutes; the flagged count drops as records pass.
Bulk-edit options
- Same fix for many records — open the flagged list, multi-select rows, use the bulk action to set a field value.
- Assign owner — pure bont surfaces an Assign-owner action on owner-related checks specifically.
- Archive — sometimes records can't be saved (a stale lead with no real contact info). Archive them to remove them from default views and the checks.
