Reading the data health report

base bont's own Data Health report flags CRM-hygiene issues on deals, accounts and contacts — read the list, filter by issue type or pipeline, and jump to each record in bont or your CRM.

base bont ships its own Data Health report — the same hygiene engine that pure bont and funky bont run, pointed straight at your CRM. bont re-analyses your data every day and flags records (and a few workspace settings) that need attention, so problems surface before they quietly distort your pipeline.

Open it

Click Data Health in the left navigation. Because the analysis runs daily, the list reflects your workspace as of the last run rather than the live second-by-second state.

What it checks

Each row is one flagged issue of a specific type. The checks group into a few themes:

Deal completeness

  • Deal without Companies — no company is linked to the deal.
  • Deal without Amount — the deal has no value set.
  • Deal without Close Date — no expected close date.
  • Deal without Primary Person — no primary contact on the deal.

Deal momentum and timing

  • Deal without Future Activities — nothing scheduled to move it forward.
  • Deal with Overdue Activities — it has activities past their due date.
  • Overdue Deal — the deal is past its close date but still open.
  • Deal with Inconsistent Dates — date fields that contradict each other.
  • Aged Deal — open far longer than expected.
  • Stalling Deal — no recent movement.

Account hygiene

  • Stalling Account — an account with no recent movement.
  • Account without Future Activities — nothing scheduled on the account.
  • Account with Overdue Activities — the account has overdue activities.

Contacts

  • Contact without assigned Company — a person not linked to any company.

Workspace configuration

  • No Segments Configured, No Stage Groups Configured and No Targets Configured — setup nudges that flag when the workspace hasn't been configured with segments, stage groups or targets yet.

Urgency levels

Every issue carries an urgency so you can triage rather than work top-to-bottom:

  • Critical — the highest-priority issues; clear these first.
  • Warning — worth fixing soon, but not blocking.
  • Info — informational, lowest priority.

Working the list

The report is a table with five columns:

  • Issue Type — which check fired (from the list above).
  • Item — the specific deal, account or contact (or setting) the issue applies to.
  • Description — a plain-language explanation of what's wrong.
  • Urgency — Critical, Warning or Info.
  • Action — the row's shortcut buttons.

Each row gives you two ways to jump to the record: View in bont opens it inside base bont, and View in CRM opens the same record in your connected CRM. Use the Export to CSV button to pull the whole list into a spreadsheet for offline triage or reporting.

To narrow the list, filter by Issue Type (focus on one check at a time) and by pipeline (work one pipeline's deals in isolation).

base, pure and funky

This is the base bont version of Data Health. pure bont and funky bont surface the same underlying checks for different audiences — pure bont as a rep-level data-quality score, and funky bont as a GTM-leadership accountability rollup.
