Save canned responses for the pitch inbox — book a meeting, route to support, polite decline — so triage gets faster as the team learns what works.
Reply templates are the canned-response library inside pitch bont. They're shared across the workspace and inserted with two clicks while triaging the pitch inbox.
Where they live
Settings → Reply templates. Anyone in the workspace can use them; admins can edit.
Common templates
- Book a meeting — links to your scheduling page, with a friendly nudge.
- Wrong person — please route — for replies that come from a colleague of the intended lead.
- Polite decline acknowledgement — closes the loop on negative replies; pairs well with adding the lead to the blacklist.
- Out-of-office handler — acknowledges, reschedules the next touch past the OOO date.
Personalisation
Templates support the same merge tags as campaign emails — {{first_name}},
{{company}}, custom CRM fields. The composer fills tags before sending so each
reply still feels personal.
