Slack or Teams notifications stopped working
Most of the time the OAuth token to the channel expired. Reconnect from the Workflows and Notifications page.
Quick fix
- Open the app the notifications belong to (pure bont or pitch bont).
- Settings → App Settings → Workflows & Notifications.
- Check the Slack or Microsoft Teams card. If it says Reconnect, click it and re-approve the OAuth.
Other causes
- Channel deleted — the Slack channel bont posts to was archived or removed. Reconnect and pick a new channel.
- Workspace permissions changed — the Slack admin restricted app installs. Ask them to re-enable bont's app.
- Workflow audience empty — the workflow's trigger conditions never matched anyone in your team. Edit the workflow's audience filter.
- Rate-limited — Slack throttles apps that post too aggressively. Wait it out; bont retries automatically.
Still no notifications
Trigger a known event manually (e.g. move a deal to a stage that the workflow should catch) and check whether bont logged the workflow run. If it logged but Slack didn't post, the connection is the issue.
Escalating
Email support@bont.ai with workspace name, app, workflow name and time of the missing notification.
