My emails are going to spam
Deliverability for pitch bont sends runs on bont's sending infrastructure — if your touches are landing in spam, get us on the case rather than chasing it yourself.
This one's on us, not on you
pitch bont sends through bont-managed sending infrastructure. Domain reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, warm-up and blocklist hygiene are our responsibility, not yours. If your campaign emails are landing in spam, that's a deliverability issue we own — and it's the kind of thing we'd rather hear about early than late.
What to send us
Email support@bont.ai with as much of this as you have:
- The campaign URL (or the campaign name and the workspace).
- One or two recent example recipients where you've confirmed the message landed in spam.
- Whether the recipient saw it on Gmail, Outlook, a corporate mail filter, or something else.
- If you have it, a screenshot of the spam folder or the original headers.
Deliverability incidents take priority on our end and we'll come back to you with what we're changing and what (if anything) to do on your side.
What about my own mailbox?
pitch bont can be configured to send from your own connected mailbox in some setups. If your workspace is on that mode, we'll let you know — and in that case domain reputation is partly on your side. The default is bont-managed sending, where it isn't.
