My email verification code expired
Request a fresh confirmation code if the original one timed out.
Verification codes are valid for 24 hours. If yours expired, request a new one — bont sends a fresh code to your inbox.
Get a new code
- Go to the Login tab.
- Try to sign in with the unverified address.
- bont takes you to a Check your email page noting that your address isn't confirmed yet.
- Click Send me a code. A new mail with a fresh 6-digit code lands in the inbox within a minute or two.
- Enter the code on that page to finish verifying.
Tips
- Each code is valid for 24 hours — if you requested several, use the one from the newest email.
- The resend button has a 60-second cooldown between requests.
- Check spam folders if the new code doesn't arrive.
- Ask IT to allow mail from
mail.bont.aiif it never lands.
