Working manual cold-calling tasks
Work manual calls in list or Kanban view, log outcomes and notes, schedule follow-ups, review history, and cancel tasks.
Manual cold-calling tasks turn campaign handovers into a call queue for your team. Each card keeps the lead, campaign context, phone number, latest activity and complete call history together.
Enable manual cold calling
An admin or owner enables it under Settings → App Settings → Company Info → Enable manual cold calling. It is disabled by default. Once enabled, Manual cold calling appears as its own item in the pitch bont navigation.
Choose a view and find tasks
Switch between List and Kanban. The Kanban view loads more cards as you scroll. Search by lead name or filter by task status, lead status, lead substatus and call substatus. Open a card to see the lead and company details or the campaign that created the task.
Make and log a call
- Choose Dial. The button stays visible and is disabled only when the required phone number is missing.
- Choose Log call.
- Select the outcome and add a call note.
- For Follow-up, select the required follow-up date.
- Save the call.
Common outcomes include Connected, Meeting booked, Material request, Follow-up, Voicemail, No answer, No budget, Not a fit, Competitor and Person left company. The result updates the task and lead status. When CRM sync-back is available, bont adds the full manual-call history as a CRM note.
Correct or review a call
Choose View call history to review every logged outcome and note. Edit call adds a corrected log entry instead of deleting the original, so the audit history is preserved. Notes can be searched and sorted from the task table.
Cancel tasks
Cancel one task from its card, or filter the queue and choose Cancel all to cancel every matching task. Cancellation cannot be undone. Open tasks are cancelled automatically when their campaign is ended or archived, or when the campaign lead is closed.
Reporting
The Cold Calls report shows dials, contact rate, booked outcomes, attempts to outcome, follow-up cards and manual flags. See pitch bont reporting.
