My CRM data isn't syncing or looks wrong
Most CRM sync problems map to one of a handful of causes. Read the symptom, apply the fix.
Quick checks
- Open Settings → Integrations → CRM. Does the card show Reconnect or an error badge?
- Look at any dashboard's "Last synced" indicator — is it hours old?
- Open the affected record. Are specific fields blank that should have values, or is the whole record missing?
Common causes
- Token expired — click Reconnect on the CRM card. Re-approve OAuth.
- Field-level permissions — the admin connected to the CRM may not see the field in question. Adjust the CRM permission, then resync.
- Schema drift — a renamed CRM field stopped flowing. Open CRM configuration: Fields and remap.
- Rate limits — bulk operations occasionally hit provider limits. The system retries; if it keeps failing, contact support.
