Viewing a company inside a lead list
Open a company from a lead list to see every contact bont knows at that account plus the company-level outreach state.
When a lead list is keyed by Company (rather than Contact), clicking a row opens a company-focused view that summarises every contact at the account.
What's on the page
- Company header — name, domain, industry, size, LinkedIn / website links.
- Contacts at this company — every contact in the CRM, with which campaign each one is currently on (if any).
- Aggregate stats — total touches sent to the account, replies received, meetings booked.
- Add a contact — adds someone new at the same domain. pitch bont links the contact to this company automatically.
Multi-thread tactics
Company-keyed lists are useful when you want to thread an account — send a different sequence to the CEO than to the VP of Engineering, but track both as one effort. From this view you can:
- See which threads are active and which haven't started.
- Spot conflicts (two reps emailing the same company simultaneously).
- Pause the entire company across all campaigns with one action when a contract is signed.
