Managing sending accounts and domains
Understand campaign sending accounts, automatic volume balancing, LinkedIn account limits, and managed sending-domain forwarding.
Sending accounts are the email mailboxes and LinkedIn profiles pitch bont can use for campaign outreach. Campaigns can use one or several accounts; pitch bont distributes work across the selected accounts while respecting their limits and availability.
Open Sending Accounts
In pitch bont, open Settings → App Settings → Sending Accounts. The page shows the accounts available to the workspace and the global open- and click-tracking default.
Select accounts for a campaign
In the campaign builder, choose the sending accounts that can work the campaign. With multiple accounts selected, allocation is automatic. The totals may not be identical per account: pitch bont balances new work against each account's existing volume, limits and availability.
LinkedIn account types
- Premium-capable accounts can use the LinkedIn steps supported by their account.
- Free LinkedIn accounts can participate in invitation-only outreach. The invitation cannot include a message.
A LinkedIn account can only be connected once. It cannot be connected twice in one workspace or be active in two bont workspaces at the same time.
Sending-domain forwarding
Managed sending domains can forward visitors to another HTTPS URL, such as your company website. Domain provisioning and forwarding are managed with your bont representative; they are not changed from the regular workspace settings. Send the destination URL to your representative or bont support.
Reporting
Use the sending-account filter in Reporting to compare delivery and campaign outcomes by account. See pitch bont reporting.
