base bont brings LinkedIn into your CRM in two ways: a built-in LinkedIn Inbox for messaging, and enrichment that fills in companies and contacts from a LinkedIn URL. Both need a connected LinkedIn account.
LinkedIn Inbox
Open LinkedIn Inbox from the sidebar to read and reply to your LinkedIn conversations without leaving base bont. Threads sync in both directions, so messages you send here appear on LinkedIn and replies come back into the inbox. A usage badge shows how much of your daily message and visit allowance you've used, so you stay within LinkedIn's safe limits.
Research a company from a LinkedIn URL
On a company record, point bont at the company's LinkedIn page and it pulls the public profile to fill in firmographic details — things like size, industry, and other fields — so you don't enter them by hand. Re-run it any time to refresh the company from its latest profile.
Sync a contact from a LinkedIn URL
Give bont a person's LinkedIn profile URL and it populates the contact from it: name, current job title, and details such as connection count, location, and language. Department and seniority are inferred from their work history, and timezone from their location, so a new contact arrives mostly filled in.
