The Existing Business sub-tab inside Reporting covers the retention and expansion side of the funnel. It tracks accounts you've already won and how the relationship trajectory looks.

Open it

In pure bont, click Reporting, then the Existing Business sub-tab.

Key widgets

  • Net revenue retention — total revenue from existing accounts compared to the same cohort a year ago, expressed as a percentage.
  • Expansion vs. churn — upsell wins vs. downgrade or cancel losses across the chosen window.
  • Renewal pipeline — accounts up for renewal in the next 30 / 60 / 90 days and their status.
  • Account health distribution — chart of accounts by Data Health and activity cadence, surface candidates for proactive outreach.

Filtering

  • Account segment — slice by named segments (configured in funky bont Segments).
  • Time window — usually trailing 12 months for retention; shorter for renewal pipeline.
  • Owner / team — manager views by individual or team.
