Segmentation and Targets
How segments and targets interact in funky bont — segments define the slices, targets define the goals per slice.
Segmentation and Targets is the page that ties the two concepts together. Once segments exist (App Settings → Segments) and targets are set (App Settings → Targets), this page lets you assign target shares to each segment and watch performance against them.

What's on the page
- Segment x Target matrix — rows are segments, columns are time-period targets. Each cell shows the allocated share, the current actuals, and the gap.
- Allocation slider — adjust per-segment shares; the matrix recomputes live.
- Performance flag — red / amber / green per cell so under-performing segments are visible at a glance.
Typical workflow
- Define your segments (industry, size, region) in Segments.
- Set a workspace target in Revenue Planning.
- Allocate target shares to segments here.
- Compare actuals each week. Re-allocate if shifts in the motion warrant.
