Targets
Quantitative targets for the workspace — revenue, deal count, activity volume — sliced by period, team and segment.
Targets are the numeric goals funky bont measures against. A revenue target is the most common, but pipeline-coverage, deal-count and activity-volume targets are useful for early-stage motion accountability.

What you can set
- Metric — revenue (ARR / MRR), deal count, pipeline coverage ratio, activities per rep.
- Period — quarter, year, or rolling-window.
- Scope — workspace-wide, per team, per rep, per segment, per motion.
- Cadence — how often the target re-evaluates (weekly, monthly).
Where targets show up
- Forecast Revenues — variance against the revenue target.
- Segmentation and Targets — per-segment performance.
- Rep dashboards — current vs. target on the individual level.
Tips
- One headline target — workspaces with too many targets dilute focus. Pick one headline (usually revenue) and a couple of operational supports.
- Review at quarter start — adjust based on prior-quarter actuals; don't leave stale targets in place.
