Completing onboarding
Set up one or more bont apps, save and resume your progress, and apply an activation code during workspace onboarding.
Onboarding prepares a new workspace for the bont apps your team uses. You can configure several apps in the same onboarding run, leave part-way through, and continue later without repeating completed steps.
Start or resume onboarding
After you create or join a workspace, bont opens its onboarding page. If you leave before finishing, return to the workspace and choose Continue onboarding. Progress is saved as you complete each step.
Choose the apps to set up
Select the apps included in your workspace. Onboarding combines their required steps into one flow; steps that apply to more than one app are only shown once. The exact sequence depends on the apps and subscription your workspace has.
- base bont — company type and pipelines, CRM data, email and calendar.
- pitch bont — company and product information, CRM, sending integrations and outreach settings.
- pure / funky bont — CRM connection, pipeline mapping and account configuration.
Apply an activation code
If bont or a partner gave you an activation code, enter it on the Activation step. You can skip this step and redeem the code later under Settings → Billing. See Applying an activation code.
Finish each app
Complete the required steps and choose Finish. Background imports and research may continue after onboarding closes, so some CRM-dependent pages can take a few minutes to populate. You can change the setup later from Settings.
