Viewing campaign results and per-lead activity
The campaign detail page rolls up sent / open / reply / meeting-booked counts at the campaign and per-lead level.
Once a campaign is live, the campaign detail page is the place to see how it's performing. Numbers update in near-real-time as pitch bont sends and tracks responses.
Campaign-level metrics
- Sent — emails / touches dispatched so far.
- Open rate — based on the email tracking pixel; useful as a trend, not an absolute (some inboxes auto-fetch).
- Reply rate — replies that aren't out-of-office.
- Meeting booked — replies pitch bont (or the inbox classifier) detected as a positive yes.
- Bounce / unsubscribe — hard bounces and unsubscribes. High values throttle the sender automatically.
Per-lead activity
Below the metrics, the lead table shows each lead's progress through the sequence — current step, last touch timestamp, status (Active / Replied / Bounced / Completed / Unsubscribed). Click a row to open the lead's profile with the full activity log against this campaign.
Useful filters
- Status = Replied — list the leads that responded; quick way to triage hot threads.
- Status = Bounced — flag for the data team to clean up.
- Step — filter by sequence step to see who's stuck.
