I don't see a feature my teammate sees

Reasons your view differs

• Role — many settings pages are admin- or owner-only. A Member won't see Settings → Billing, Members or some configuration pages. Your workspace may also use custom roles from Settings → Roles and access with hand-picked permissions — two people with different custom roles can see different parts of the app.
• App enablement — features in pure bont don't appear if your workspace doesn't have pure bont licensed. Same for pitch bont, funky bont, base bont. Check the app switcher in the top-left.
• Workspace plan — higher tiers unlock features (advanced forecasting, custom integrations, etc.). The billing page shows the active plan.
• Feature flag — newly released features can be rolling out gradually. Workspaces opt in over time.
• Different workspace — your teammate might be in a separate workspace with a different setup. Check the workspace switcher.

Confirm in three steps

1. Verify you're in the same workspace as the teammate (top-left switcher).
2. Verify the same app is active (top-left app picker).
3. Ask the teammate to check their role from Members. Compare to yours. If custom roles are in use, an admin can diff them under Roles and access.

If everything matches but you still don't see it

Email support@bont.ai with the workspace name, the feature in question, and a screenshot from the teammate showing where they see it.
