Building a lead list from your CRM

Build a pitch bont lead list by filtering CRM contacts — industry, region, size, custom field — and saving the cohort for one or more campaigns.

Most pitch bont lead lists come straight out of the connected CRM. The list editor lets you apply CRM filters (industry, company size, region, source, custom fields) and snapshot the matching contacts as a list.

Open the list editor

In pitch bont, click Lead Lists in the left navigation, then + New list. Pick From CRM as the source.

Filter the cohort

  • Object — Contacts (default) or Companies.
  • Filters — add as many CRM-field filters as needed. Common: Industry = "SaaS", Company size = "50–250", Region = "EMEA".
  • Exclusions — exclude contacts already on an active campaign, DNC, or with a recent reply.
  • Sample — the editor shows a live count and a sample of the first 20 matches.

Snapshot vs. live

  • Snapshot — captures the current set of matches. The list stays the same even when CRM data changes.
  • Live — re-evaluates the filter on every sync. New CRM matches automatically join the list; removed ones drop off.

Live lists are great for ongoing motions (e.g. "all SaaS companies, 50–250, EMEA"); snapshots are better for one-off pushes.

Save and use

Save the list. It becomes available in the Lead list picker when creating a campaign — see Creating a campaign.
