Key widgets
- Net revenue retention — ARR / MRR retained from existing accounts vs. a year ago.
- Expansion vs. churn — gross expansion minus gross churn in the chosen window.
- Account health distribution — count of accounts at each health band (healthy, at-risk, critical), driven by activity cadence and Data Health.
- Renewal pipeline — accounts due to renew in the next 30 / 60 / 90 days with their current status.
- At-risk list — accounts in the bottom health band that have a renewal coming up. Triage queue for customer success.
Filters
Slice by segment (industry, size, region) and by owner / team for manager views.
