Setting your notification preferences

Choose which bont updates reach you in-app or by email, and select the language used for your personal notifications.

Notification preferences are personal: changing them affects your own alerts, not the rest of your workspace. Each notification type can be delivered in-app, by email, through both channels or through neither.

Open notification settings

Open your profile menu and choose Settings.
Select Notifications.
Open the Settings tab.

Choose how each update reaches you

Turn the In-app and Email switches on or off for each available notification type. Depending on the apps enabled in your workspace, the list can include:

Deals and Existing Accounts workflow updates.
Note mentions when a colleague mentions you in a note.
LinkedIn reconnect reminders when a connected account needs attention.
Lead list research completion or failure updates.
Campaign messages generated when AI message generation is complete.

Your changes apply to future notifications. They do not remove alerts already shown in your notifications feed.

Set the notification language

Use Notification language to choose the language used in your notification text. This setting is independent of the language used by your browser or connected email account.
