Lead research and enrichment settings
pitch bont fills missing fields on your leads automatically — email, phone, LinkedIn, firmographics — so you don't have to think about data providers, waterfalls or verification.
Most lead lists arrive with gaps — missing email, no direct phone, no LinkedIn URL. The point of pitch bont is that you don't have to babysit any of that. When a lead enters a campaign, pitch bont enriches it in the background and only sends touches once it has high-confidence contact details. You don't pick providers or tune waterfalls; we do that for you.
What pitch bont does under the hood
- Multiple data providers — pitch bont queries a waterfall of enrichment sources and AI-driven web research, falling back to the next when one comes up empty. You see a single result, not the chain.
- Email verification — every discovered email is verified before it's used for a send. Disposable, role and catch-all addresses are flagged and skipped where appropriate.
- Firmographic + person data — title, seniority, company size, industry, region; pulled whenever the campaign needs them for personalisation or filtering.
What you actually configure
Settings → Lead research in pitch bont exposes the small set of decisions that are yours to make:
- Fields to enrich — which gaps pitch bont should try to fill (email, phone, LinkedIn URL, firmographics). Turn off the ones you're confident your CRM already has right.
- Refresh frequency — never (one-shot on entry), monthly, quarterly. More frequent = fresher data; less frequent = lower spend.
Why we don't expose providers
The whole reason pitch bont exists is to be the outreach tool you don't have to manage. Provider selection, fallback order, retries, dedupe, verification — picking those well is what we do. Surfacing them would just give you knobs that, turned the wrong way, would lower the quality of every send. If something's not working for your motion, write to support@bont.ai and we'll adjust the configuration on our side.
