CRM sync for campaigns

How pitch bont writes campaign activity back to the CRM — every touch becomes an Activity, every reply becomes a logged interaction.

pitch bont closes the loop with the CRM automatically. Every email sent, every LinkedIn touch performed, every reply received gets written to the CRM as an Activity on the matching contact. That way reps in base bont and managers in pure bont see the full conversation history without pitch bont having to be open.

What syncs by default

  • Outbound touches — emails, LinkedIn connection requests, InMails. Each becomes a sent-activity entry.
  • Replies — inbound responses become inbound-activity entries with full body text searchable in the CRM.
  • Status transitions — when a lead exits a sequence (replied, bounced, unsubscribed, completed), an annotated activity logs why.
  • Meeting bookings — when a positive reply is classified, pitch bont creates a Meeting activity scheduled for the agreed date if extractable from the reply.

Configuring the sync

In Settings → CRM sync you can toggle which event types sync and customise the activity titles pitch bont writes. Most workspaces leave the defaults.

Filtering noise

If pitch bont is creating too many activities (e.g. every profile-view step), turn off the noisier event types in the sync settings. The CRM still gets the high-signal events (sends and replies).
