Scoring configuration

Tune pure bont's deal scoring — the engine behind the Rep Score badge on deal cards, pipeline prioritisation and pure bont's recommendations.

pure bont scores every open deal so reps can prioritise. The score blends multiple signals — activity cadence, stage progression, fit, intent — into a single number visible on the Kanban card and the deal sheet. Scoring configuration is where you tell pure bont how to weight the signals for your business.

Open it

Settings → App Settings → Scoring configuration.

What's on the page

  • Signal weights — sliders or numeric inputs for each signal (Activity, Stage, Fit, Intent, Engagement). Weights add up to 100% across signals.
  • Thresholds — score bands (e.g. 0–40 cold, 40–70 warm, 70–100 hot) that drive the card colour and recommendations list.
  • Motion override — separate weights for new-business vs. existing-business deals, since the relevant signals differ.

Tuning

  1. Start with the defaults; they're tuned for typical B2B SaaS sales.
  2. Watch how scores correlate with real outcomes over a quarter.
  3. Adjust the weight of the signal that under- or over-predicted. Small moves are usually enough.
