The outbound queue
The outbound queue lists every event pitch bont is about to execute — emails, LinkedIn actions, and cold-calling handovers — so you can see what's sending and catch errors.
The outbound queue is a live list of every event pitch bont is about to execute across your workspace — emails, LinkedIn actions (message, connection request, profile visit), and cold-calling handovers. It's the fastest way to see what's about to go out and to catch anything that has errored.
Open it
In pitch bont, open Queue (Outgoing Events) in the left navigation.
What's in the queue
Each row is one pending outbound event. The table columns are:
- Campaign — which campaign the event belongs to.
- Channel — email, LinkedIn, or cold calling.
- Lead — the recipient.
- Next step — the sequence step (Step N) about to run.
- Scheduled — when it's due to fire.
- Sender — the account it goes out from.
- Status — Queued or Errored.
- Error — what went wrong for a failed event.
Filters
- Campaign — narrow to one campaign.
- Channel — email, LinkedIn, or cold calling.
- Date — Today, Next 7 days, or All.
Errored events
An event with status Errored won't send until the underlying problem is fixed, and the Error column explains what went wrong. Scan here regularly so a misconfigured sender or account doesn't silently stall a campaign.
