CRM configuration
The pure bont CRM configuration page — field mappings and CRM-side settings specific to pure bont's scoring and forecasting pipeline, distinct from base bont's CRM configuration.
pure bont's CRM configuration page is the place to wire up CRM-side settings that pure bont's scoring, forecasting and reporting features depend on. It is different from base bont's CRM configuration: base bont owns the data model (pipelines, fields, products); pure bont configures how that data is interpreted for analytics.

What lives here
- Field mappings — point pure bont's normalised fields (Industry, Company Size, Region, Source, Revenue Group) at the CRM fields that hold those values. The same mapping concept as Mapping CRM fields to bont fields, applied at the pure bont layer.
- Existing Accounts rules — which CRM accounts pure bont should treat as "existing customer" vs. new-business prospect. Drives the new/existing split in reporting.
- CRM connection management — see status of the connected CRM, configure sync windows, point at the right Salesforce sandbox vs. production.
When to edit it
Most workspaces touch this page once at onboarding and then forget it. Re-open it if:
- A CRM custom field was renamed and scoring or forecasting numbers look wrong afterwards.
- The new-business / existing-business split is misclassifying records.
- The CRM connection got swapped or the underlying Salesforce / HubSpot account changed.
