Requesting a data export

How to get a full export of your bont workspace data — contacts, deals, activities, emails, files. bont assembles it for you on request through support.

bont can export everything stored about your workspace — contacts, companies, deals, activities, email threads, and uploaded files. There is no self-service export button in Settings; exports are assembled by our team on request, so identity and access are verified before any data leaves the platform.

Who can request

Owners and admins can request a full workspace export. Members can request an export of their own activity. Support confirms your role before processing the request.

How to request

Contact support and ask for a workspace data export:

In-app chat — the support widget in the bottom-right of every app page.
Email — support@bont.ai.

Include your workspace name and what you need the export for (audit, migration, or a specific object type). Support replies with a timeline and, when the archive is ready, a secure download link.

What the export contains

Contacts, Companies, Deals, Activities — as structured data files (CSV / JSON).
Custom field definitions.
Email threads, attachments, and file uploads in their original formats.

Tell support if you only need a subset — a single object type or date range is usually faster to produce than the whole workspace.

Privacy

The download link is single-use and time-limited. Treat the archive as sensitive — it contains every contact and conversation in your workspace.
