I'm seeing an Integration Error page
What the Integration Error page means, what likely broke, and how to clear it.
The Integration Error page appears when bont tries to load data through a connected integration and that integration returns an error severe enough to block the page. It's not a bont bug — it's an upstream provider failing or rejecting the request.
What to check
- Read the error code on the page. Codes starting with
401or403indicate auth / permission problems;429means rate-limited;500indicates upstream provider issue. - Open the integration card — Settings → Integrations in the relevant app. Most of the time the card now shows Reconnect.
- Reconnect if prompted, then reload the page that errored.
If the error code is 500-ish
The upstream provider (HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, etc.) is having issues. Wait a few minutes and retry. Check the provider's status page.
If the error is permanent
Email support@bont.ai with the full error code, the URL where you saw it, and a screenshot.
