My campaign emails aren't sending

If a pitch bont campaign is live but no emails are going out, it's almost always something on bont's side — get us on it rather than digging through DNS.

pitch bont runs on bont-managed sending infrastructure. If a campaign is live but no touches are going out, the cause is almost always something we own — a sender connection state, throttling we applied, a routing issue. It's not a domain configuration you need to fix.

Two quick things you can check first

  1. Campaign status — open the campaign and make sure it's Live, not Paused or Draft. Sometimes the campaign was paused after a reply spike and never resumed.
  2. Are there any active leads left? — on the campaign page, look at the per-lead activity table. If every lead is Done, Blacklisted or already on another active campaign, there's nothing more to send.

What to send us

Email support@bont.ai with:

  • The campaign URL (or campaign name plus workspace).
  • One lead in the campaign that you'd expect to have received a touch but hasn't.
  • When you last saw sends from this campaign (if it used to work).

Sending issues are high-priority for us. We'll come back with what's happening and an ETA on the fix — and we'll usually have it resolved before you'd have finished a DNS check.
