Blacklist (do-not-contact list)
The workspace-wide list of email addresses and domains pitch bont will never include in a campaign — competitor employees, current customers, unsubscribes.
pitch bont's Blacklist is the suppression list every campaign respects. If an email address or domain is on the blacklist, no campaign will ever touch it — even by mistake.
Where it lives
Settings → Blacklist in pitch bont. Workspace admins manage it; everyone reads it.
What's typically on it
- Unsubscribes — pitch bont auto-adds anyone who unsubscribes from a campaign.
- Negative replies confirmed as "never email again" — added during inbox triage; the action is one click.
- Current customers — add their domain to avoid pitching to them while they're paying you.
- Competitor employees — competitor domain entries to keep your campaigns from landing in their lap.
- Internal employees — your own domain, to avoid accidentally pitching your colleagues.
Adding entries
- Single email — type or paste an address, click Add.
- Domain — type a bare domain (no @). Blocks every address at that domain.
- Bulk upload — CSV with one address or domain per line.
Auditing the list
Search and filter by added-by and reason. The reason field is free-form but useful — "competitor" / "current customer" / "unsubscribed 2024-12" — for someone reviewing why a domain is suppressed later.
