Requesting account deletion
How to permanently delete your bont user account or an entire workspace. Both are handled by support — irreversible, so read carefully.
Account and workspace deletion is irreversible, and there is no self-service delete button in Settings — both are handled by our team on request, so we can verify the request is genuine before anything is removed. bont keeps no recoverable copy once deletion completes, so export anything you need first (see Requesting a data export).
How to request deletion
Contact support and tell us what to delete — your user account, or an entire workspace:
- In-app chat — the support widget in the bottom-right of every app page.
- Email — support@bont.ai, from the address on your account.
Deleting your user account
This removes your personal bont sos. account. It does not delete the workspaces you were a member of — on historical records your name shows as a deactivated user. Support confirms the request before processing it, and the account is permanently removed once deletion completes.
Deleting a workspace
Owner-only. This removes the workspace, every record in it (contacts, deals, activities, emails) and every connected integration. Because workspace deletion also ends billing, support coordinates the cancellation with the bont billing team — see Managing your subscription. Other owners and members are notified before deletion completes.
