The pitch inbox surfaces replies from active campaigns and lets you classify, reply, or hand off to the rep — all without leaving pitch bont.

The pitch Inbox is the central triage queue. Every reply pitch bont receives on an active campaign lands here, classified by intent so you can clear the queue quickly.

Reply categories

  • Positive — yes-let's-talk replies. Treat as the priority queue.
  • Negative — no-thanks. pitch bont auto-suppresses the lead from further sequences if you confirm.
  • Out-of-office — auto-detected; pitch bont reschedules the next touch past the return date when possible.
  • Neutral / other — anything not clearly positive or negative. Worth a human read.

Actions per reply

  • Reply now — opens the composer pre-populated with the quote.
  • Mark positive / negative — re-classify if pitch bont got it wrong; the classifier learns from your corrections.
  • Add to blacklist — for hard nos or "never email this address".
  • Hand off to rep — assigns the lead's record to a specific user and adds an Activity reminding them.
