Pipeline Momentum
Pipeline Momentum tracks the velocity of deal flow — week-over-week change in stage entries, average time-in-stage, and where stall risk concentrates.
Pipeline Momentum is funky bont's view of how the pipeline is moving. Most reporting tools tell you what's there; Momentum tells you whether it's getting better, worse, or sideways.

Key widgets
- Week-over-week deal flow — stage-entries this week vs. last week, by pipeline stage.
- Average time-in-stage — how long deals sit at each stage on average. Long averages flag stall points.
- Stall risk concentration — open deals that haven't moved in N days, grouped by stage and value. The board to triage on a Monday morning.
- Momentum score — a single 0–100 number summarising flow health. Useful for week-over-week comparison in stand-ups.
