The lead and company database

The Lead database is a workspace-wide roll-up of every lead and organization you've ever researched or imported, across all lists and campaigns.

The Lead database is a workspace-wide roll-up of every lead and organization you've ever researched or imported — across all lead lists and campaigns. Where a single lead list holds one cohort, the Lead database is the union of them all, so it's where you go to find anyone you've touched, no matter which list they came from.

Open it

Click Lead database in the left navigation of pitch bont.

Leads and Organizations tabs

  • Leads — every individual contact across your workspace.
  • Organizations — every company, rolled up across lists.

Switch tabs at the top of the page; each keeps its own columns and filters.

What each row shows

  • Imported on — when the lead or organization first entered pitch bont.
  • Latest campaign — the most recent campaign the record was part of. Leads in several campaigns at once show that too, and you can filter for these overlaps.
  • Latest lead status — where the record stands in that campaign, including the substatus (for example Left company, which pitch bont can set automatically when a LinkedIn visit shows the person has moved on).
  • Country — shown as the full country name, not a code.
  • Notes — notes left on a lead (with @mentions for colleagues) are visible straight from the table.

Every column can be filtered, so you can slice the database by status, campaign overlap, country or any other field.

Row actions

  • Open lead / Open organization — jump to the full profile.
  • Open in CRM — open the matching record in your connected CRM.
