Exporting reports
Pull pure bont reports out as CSV or PDF — for board decks, finance reconciliation, or anyone who lives outside the app.
Every report widget in pure bont's Reporting tab supports export. Use it when someone needs the data in a spreadsheet or a slide deck.
Export a single widget
Hover the top-right of any chart or table; an Export icon appears. Click it to pick:
- CSV — raw rows. Use for further analysis in Excel, Google Sheets or your BI tool.
- PDF — print-ready version of the chart with the filters and time window captioned.
- PNG — image for slides or quick share. Available on chart widgets only.
Export the whole page
The top-right of the Reporting page itself has a "Export page" action — bundles every visible widget into a single PDF. Filters at the page level apply to all widgets in the export.
Tips
- Filters apply to exports — set the time window and team filter before you export so the file matches what you want.
- Filenames include the workspace name and the export timestamp so files don't collide on your downloads folder.
- Scheduled exports — not in the UI yet. Email support@bont.ai if you need recurring exports.
