My email verification link expired
Request a fresh confirmation link if the original one timed out.
Verification links are time-limited. If yours expired, request a new one — bont issues a fresh link and the old one stops working.
Get a new link
- Go to the Login tab.
- Try to sign in with the unverified address.
- bont shows an "Email not confirmed" message with an option to resend the verification.
- Click it. A new mail lands in the inbox within a minute or two.
Tips
- The newest link is always the only valid one. Older mails in the inbox are dead.
- Check spam folders if the new link doesn't arrive.
- Ask IT to allow mail from
mail.bont.aiif it never lands.
