AI-generated suggestions about which deals need attention, what action to take, and which accounts to prioritise — based on the same scoring that drives Rep Score.
Pipeline Recommendations ranks open deals and accounts by next-best-action. pure bont's scoring engine produces the inputs; funky bont presents them as a triage queue with context.

What each recommendation looks like
Each row contains:
- Deal or account — the subject of the recommendation, linked to the deal sheet or account profile.
- Urgency — how soon this matters (now, this week, this month).
- Why — the signal that triggered the recommendation (e.g. "no activity in 14 days", "score dropped below threshold", "moved backwards in stage").
- Suggested action — book a call, escalate to manager, send a re-engagement email, reassign owner.
Working the queue
- Sort by urgency. Start at the top.
- Open the deal sheet to see context.
- Take action (or explicitly dismiss with a reason, so the model learns).
- Mark the recommendation done.
