Invite new users and edit user permissions

  1. Open user settings

    - Click on the settings icon on the top right of the app
    - Choose "bont Users"

    Here you will see an overview of all users currently connected to your organization and which roles they have.

  2. Edit individual settings

    - To edit permissions use the pencil on the right side
    - To delete users use the X icon on the right side

  3. Invite new users

    - To invite new users click "Invite user" on the top right
    - Select users directly from your CRM (colleagues are detected by email domain
    - Enter individual email addresses in the field on top

  4. Manage invites and invite links

    - Click on "Invites" on the top right to see who you've already invited and to track invite links (if any are active)
    - To create an invite link for a certain role, select it (multiple possible) and click "Generate Invite Link"
    - You can rescind email invites or deactivate links using the respective "X" buttons to the right side of each invite or link
