During the onboarding process, you were asked to identify your exact customer segments. If you need to make any changes to your segmentation or add new customer segments, follow the guide below.
1. Open Settings
1. Open the segment settings
- On the top right, click on the Settings icon ⚙️
- Select App and open the Segments tab
2. Edit segments
- To edit your existing segments, click the pencil icon on the right side of the segment card.
- The toggle "Sync to CRM" is automatically set to on (recommended), but can be turned off
- Denote if this Segment represents your ICP with the ICP toggle
3. Create new segments
To create a new segment tap "Create Segment"
- Enter the Name, Industry, Company size, Region and Revenue Group
- Select if you want to sync to CRM
- Define if this segment represents your ICP with the ICP toggle
❗ Creating overlapping segments is possible, but will result in an system warning.
