The Reporting Page aggregates all your data and splits the analysis and forecasting into "New Business" (Forecasting) and "Existing Business" (Monitoring). Use the Reporting feature to get a good overview of all your data & KPIs at a glance.
All of the data can be filtered to examine data of specific sales managers, teams, timeframes, pipelines, account values and account stages.
❗️ Your filters are saved indefinitely - choose your preferred overview to save it or remove all filters to return to the full overview.
Reporting - New Business
1. All Opportunities
• Displays your total account count for the selected criteria.
• See the Average Conversion Rate at a glance for quick wins or improvement areas.
(Use the "ACCOUNT VALUE" toggle on the right of the dashboard to see total account values)


2. Upcoming Closing Deals
• A neat timeline showing deals scheduled to close between April 2025 – May 2026.
• Visual bars help you spot peaks or slower periods right away.
3. Monthly Conversion Rate
• A snapshot graph of how effectively you’re converting month by month.
• Keep an eye on any sudden jumps or dips.
4. Monthly bont Score
• This is bont’s unique indicator to measure pipeline health.
• Higher scores mean you’re crushing it; lower ones signal where to improve.
• The bont score is an aggregate pipeline score comprised of all other individual scores (Product, CRM, Communication, Sales Manager and Document score.)
❗️You can adjust the weighting of each score yourself in settings or use bont's recommended scoring configuration (Settings > Integrations > bont Score).
5. Filters
The New Business Reporting overview can be filtered by Sales Manager, Pipeline, Opportunity Stage and more. Fine-tune the dashboard to see exactly what you need.
Reporting - Existing Accounts
The Existing Accounts section of the Reporting page shows the following data:
Number and value of existing accounts
Annual growth rate
Month-over-month revenue from existing accounts
Month-over-month growth rate of existing business
Monthly bont score and bont score trend across existing business
Teams
The Teams tab can be used to track team performance at a glance. Perfect for quick comparisons or team shout-outs.
Members
Get a quick overview of individual team members: See their opportunities, conversion rates and bont scores across all accounts.
