  1. Click Activities in the left menu.

  2. Instantly see a chronological list of all events across your accounts.

❗️ Just like on the Dashboard, your last filter selection sticks. Pick once and your view stays.

πŸ“‹ 2. Table Breakdown

From left to right, here’s what each column tells you:

  1. Account Name 🏒
    β€’ Which account the activity belongs to

  2. Activity Date πŸ—“οΈ
    β€’ When the event occurred (sort ascending/descending)

  3. Account Owner πŸ‘€

  4. Event Type 🎯
    β€’ Type of activity (Task, Meeting, Call, Email, SMS, etc.)

  5. Activity Source πŸ”—
    β€’ Where is the data from? (Sales Manager, Customer, CRM, Other)

  6. View account in bont or CRM πŸ’»
    β€’ Use the icons at the back to view the account in bont or in your CRM

  • Click the Filters icon on the top-right to drill down by Sales Manager, Sales Team, Activity Type, Activity Source and Account Name

β€’ Spot Inactivity: Sort by Activity Date πŸ”½ to find accounts with no recent touches and plan a re-engagement!
β€’ Audit Your Process: Filter to Other sources to see imported or automated events vs. manually logged ones.
β€’ Focus on High-Value: Combine Activity Type + Account Owner filters to track only key execs’ top accounts.
β€’ Bulk Actions: Select multiple rows (checkbox appears on hover) to mark tasks complete or export logs.
