🔍 1. Navigating to Activities

  1. Click Activities in the left menu.

  2. Instantly see a chronological list of all events across your accounts.

❗️ Just like on the Dashboard, your last filter selection sticks. Pick once and your view stays.


📋 2. Table Breakdown

From left to right, here’s what each column tells you:

  1. Account Name 🏢
    • Which account the activity belongs to

  2. Activity Date 🗓️
    • When the event occurred (sort ascending/descending)

  3. Account Owner 👤

  4. Event Type 🎯
    • Type of activity (Task, Meeting, Call, Email, SMS, etc.)

  5. Activity Source 🔗
    • Where is the data from? (Sales Manager, Customer, CRM, Other)

  6. View account in bont or CRM 💻
    • Use the icons at the back to view the account in bont or in your CRM


🎛️ 3. Filters & Search

  • Filters icon top-right—drill down by Sales Manager, Sales Team, Activity Type, Activity Source and Account Name


🥊 Pro Tips

Spot Inactivity: Sort by Activity Date 🔽 to find accounts with no recent touches—plan a re-engagement!
Audit Your Process: Filter to Other sources to see imported or automated events vs. manually logged ones.
Focus on High-Value: Combine Activity Type + Account Owner filters to track only key execs’ top accounts.
Bulk Actions: Select multiple rows (checkbox appears on hover) to mark tasks complete or export logs.
