Individual Account Pages

Time to zoom in! 🔍 The Account Profile is your in-depth hub for understanding and accelerating a single account’s journey.

1. Where You Are

When you click "Open in bont" on any row in the Accounts tab, you land here.

New Opportunities:

Existing Accounts:


2. Overview Card

On the top left of the profile, you’ll find an overview containing:

  • Account Name

  • Sales Manager: Owner of the account

  • Close Date: Estimated signature date

  • Pipeline: Pipeline Info

  • Account Value/Revenue Potential: Total value (AV for Opportunities, RP for Existing Business)

  • Stage: A tag shows the stage (e.g. Contract Sent, POC)

  • Just below, a 5-card snapshot breaks down the bont Score:

    1. Communication Score 💬
      • How recently & effectively you’ve engaged

    2. CRM Score 🗂️
      • Data recency & completeness in your CRM

    3. Sales Manager Score 🎯
      • Manager's subjective health rating

    4. Document Score 📄
      • Based on sent/viewed proposals, contracts, etc.

    5. Product Score ⚙️
      • Product usage score

    🟢 Each score is 0–10; higher = healthier.


3. Custom Workflows & More

Use the buttons on the top right of the profile to:

  • Create Customer Workflows/Notifications

  • Share the profile with your team via Link or Email

  • Generate a PDF containing the most important info on an accounts engagement

  • Generate an AI based Summary of the Account (KPIs, Interactions, Next Steps)

  • Open the Account in your CRM


4. AI-Powered Signals

On the lower part of the page, you’ll find proactive suggestions to move this account forward.

Recommendations like:

  • Schedule next interaction

  • Follow up on document views

  • Book meeting with customer in next 18 business days

  • Re-engage inactive stakeholders

  • Update CRM field

  • Send reminder email

and much more.

💡 Suggestions update live based on activity + scoring shifts.


5. Activity Section

On the activity page, you’ll find an overview with a list of the most recent activities:

  • Activity Date

  • Event Type: SMS, Email, Task, Meeting, Appointment Scheduled, etc.

  • Activity Source: Sales Manager, Customer, CRM, Other)

  • CRM Button: Open the activity in your CRM.

  • Act on Recommendations: That’s where deals move!

  • Create Custom Workflows: Keep track of what is most important to you with custom notification workflows that track an accounts activity.

  • Use the Share Icon: Perfect for team check-ins or deal reviews.
