1. Start the Salesforce Connection

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ → Integrations.

  2. Open the CRM Settings tab.

  3. Select the Salesforce card.

2. Log In & Authorize bont.ai

You’ll be forwarded to Salesforce’s OAuth page:

  1. Sign In
    Enter your Salesforce credentials (username & password).

  2. Review Requested Permissions
    bont.ai needs access to pull in your CRM data. On the Salesforce consent screen, you’ll see:

    • 📊 Access and manage your data

    • 🔄 Perform requests on your behalf at any time

    • 🆔 Provide access to your unique identifier

  3. Click “Allow”
    Grant bont.ai the selected permissions.

3. Confirm & Finish

  • After you click Allow, you’ll return to bont.ai.

  • Look for a green ✅ next to Salesforce in your Integrations list—your CRM is now connected!

Pro Tips & Troubleshooting 🛠️

  • API Enabled: If you see “Insufficient Privileges,” confirm your Salesforce profile has the “API Enabled” permission.
